Mainland UK Orders
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. If this is not possible, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery is free on all orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 will incur the following delivery charges:
• £4.50 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days delivery time)
• £6.00 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days delivery time)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer.
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know. Please include images of what you've received and let us know what product you were expecting.
When returning items, we strongly recommend that you ask the post office for proof of postage. You can obtain this by asking your local post office for a proof of postage receipt.
We cannot process returns that are lost in the post.

You may return all new, unused and unopened items fulfilled by The Puzzle Academy for a full refund of the cost of the product.

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?
Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, please contact us before returning the order.
The Puzzle Academy will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When Will I Get My Refund?
We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Refunds will be issued as store credit which can be used for an alternate purchase at the Puzzle Academy.

If you like your puzzling with a side of mischief, Jan van Haasteren’s Seize the Cheese! is a cracking choice. The scene is absolutely packed with chaos in a grassy park – runners, spectators and cheeky characters all tangled up in a mad dash, with bits flying everywhere and plenty of blink-and-you’ll-miss-it jokes.
This one’s properly satisfying to build: the bright greens and busy crowd give you loads of little “mini-zones” to work on, so you can hop from costumes to banners to daft antics whenever you fancy a change. Expect lots of giggles as familiar Jan van Haasteren trademark details start popping up piece by piece.
