We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. If this is not possible, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery is free on all orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 will incur the following delivery charges:
• £4.50 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days delivery time)
• £6.00 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days delivery time)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer.
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know. Please include images of what you've received and let us know what product you were expecting.
When returning items, we strongly recommend that you ask the post office for proof of postage. You can obtain this by asking your local post office for a proof of postage receipt.
We cannot process returns that are lost in the post.

You may return all new, unused and unopened items fulfilled by The Puzzle Academy for a full refund of the cost of the product.

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?
Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, please contact us before returning the order.
The Puzzle Academy will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When Will I Get My Refund?
We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Refunds will be issued as store credit which can be used for an alternate purchase at the Puzzle Academy.

OVERVIEW
The Vegetable Garden' is the title of this brilliantly funny 1000 piece Jan van Haasteren jigsaw puzzle that is sure to brighten your day. The finished puzzle image illustrates a day at the vegetable garden, but as with every Jan van Haasteren puzzle, not everything is going to plan with chaos looming around every corner. It appears nobody in the illustration has spent much time around nature before, as they struggle with feeding the plants and working alongside the wildlife!
As with all of Van Haasteren’s illustrations, you are sure to find this puzzle extremely enjoyable while laughing at all of the individual illustrations.
Most of Jan's fans will immediately search for his trademark - the shark's fin - featured in every puzzle. But you can also look for Jan's other favourites - Saint Nicholas, The Hands, The Dentures and a self-portrait of Jan - which can be seen in nearly all of his puzzles.
