We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Unwanted items must be returned by post, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Include photos of what you received, along with the item you were expecting.
Proof of Postage
We strongly recommend requesting proof of postage from your local Post Office when returning items.
Please note: we cannot process returns that are lost in transit.
What Can I Return?
You may return any new, unused, and unopened items fulfilled by The Puzzle Academy for a full refund of the product cost.

Will Return Costs Be Refunded?
If you’re returning an unwanted item, return postage is payable by you.
If you’re returning an item due to a mistake on our part, or because it’s damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@thepuzzleacademy.co.uk before sending it back.
All returned items reported as damaged or faulty will be inspected. If we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and recover our costs.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. However, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for a future purchase at The Puzzle Academy.
