Mainland UK Orders
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. If this is not possible, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery is free on all orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 will incur the following delivery charges:
• £4.50 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days delivery time)
• £6.00 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days delivery time)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer. Please include your order number with the return.
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know. Please include images of what you've received and let us know what product you were expecting.
We strongly recommend asking for proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot process returns lost in the post.

You may return all new, unused and unopened items fulfilled by The Puzzle Academy for a full refund of the cost of the product.

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, please contact us before returning the order. The Puzzle Academy will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When Will I Get My Refund?
We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed. Refunds will be issued as store credit which can be used for an alternate purchase at the Puzzle Academy.

Description
The doors have opened on the biggest sale of the year and the whole town has piled into the electrical superstore at once. Fridge-freezers and washing machines are being carried off over people's heads, the flat-screen TVs are going three at a time, a showman with a microphone is whipping the crowd up from the top of a speaker stack, and a blizzard of price tags is raining down from the ceiling. Up in the manager's office, Santa is watching the whole thing with some concern, and down by the chest freezers a polar bear and a family of penguins have found somewhere comfortable to sit it out.
Dick Heins of Studio Jan van Haasteren packs every corner of this scene with sub-plots to spot as you build, from the security guards losing control by the tills to the shark fin gliding through the shoppers, plus the usual family members and running jokes that turn up in every Jan van Haasteren puzzle. This edition is one of just three one-off Jan van Haasteren specials produced by Jumbo this year exclusively for UK independent shops, and once the limited run is gone it will not be reprinted. A poster of the artwork is included in the box to puzzle from.
