Mainland UK Orders
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. If this is not possible, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery is free on all orders of £25 or more. Orders under £25 will incur the following delivery charges:
• £4.50 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days delivery time)
• £6.00 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days delivery time)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer. Please include your order number with the return.
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know. Please include images of what you've received and let us know what product you were expecting.
We strongly recommend asking for proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot process returns lost in the post.

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, please contact us before returning the order. The Puzzle Academy will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When Will I Get My Refund?
We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed. Refunds will be issued as store credit which can be used for an alternate purchase at the Puzzle Academy.

Description
Two classic Jan van Haasteren factory floors in one box, and neither shift is going to plan. In Suds Everywhere, the maintenance crew are clambering all over a washing-powder plant that has sprung a leak in every pipe at once. A row of washing machines is foaming over, an octopus has taken up residence in the machinery, the laundry queue is getting restless, and the manager is watching it all from his office doorway.
In A Splash of Colour, the paint works has burst a tank and a tidal wave of orange is sweeping across the factory floor. The police are giving chase down the stairs, the lab coats are trying to look busy, the scouts are making the most of it, and Santa and Sinterklaas have both turned up somewhere in the middle of the mess.
As always, every corner hides another sub-plot to spot as you build, from the shark fin to the family members and running jokes that turn up in every Jan van Haasteren puzzle. A puzzle poster is included to build from.
